By Ron Stark — Taylor’s plan is to be taken off of his antibiotics after his Monday evening dose, wait 48 hours and then give him a Lumbar Poke to test the CSF for any bacteria. He is having good but very tired days as he is still building strength from the recent surgeries. His temperatures have been good all day again and he has made a couple of laps around the unit, much to the delight of his chief neuro surgeon Dr Sanai, who Taylor calmly gave the hang loose sign as he paraded by. Aside from being very very tired he is doing well and hopefully will get stronger, have no fevers, and be working hard on his speech therapies while we wait for the middle of next week for the test results. Have a SAFE and enjoyable holiday weekend.
