Taylor & Mancha walking therapy

Taylor lost a little weight while in the hospital, and has been having a hard time with his stomach. His eyesight turns on intermittently, and although it’s not clear vision like we enjoy, it’s enough cause motion sickness. We are keeping Dramamine handy (usually used for people on boats) and it seems to be making things a little better.

Taylor’s plastic surgeon was *delighted* to hear that Taylor was having issues with nausea! He said that means the nerves are healing/coming back!

The polymer model of Taylor’s head/face is back from Germany, and Dr. Joganic & Co.  plan to spend several hours today performing the “mock surgery” of the deconstruction/reconstruction process, after which the model will then be sent to Denver, for further analysis by surgeons there.

No word yet on when the actual surgery will be performed.  Taylor is both excited and nervous, but looks forward to his future with the ability to swallow, speak, and potentially see more clearly in time.
